I've been a truck mechanic for over 45 years and I have never seen one like it. I posted the picture in the truck section of the Heavy Equipment Forum. Someone there might be able to identify it.

Most likely a Spanish Dodge, Ford, or International. They were a popular truck brands in Spain. Nothing turning up definitive on the web.
