Just magpied out there for a half hour to see how the work was going Jeff, they've removed a hell of a lot of trees and shrubs along the long path/retaining wall end.

They widened it & i dont know why, was still in perfect condition. Not like its eroded or anything but yeah the pathway wall looks bear and horrible now.

I want to get some tube stock and grow a few native trees to replant back there.

Nice shots! I love black swans. We saw a lonely black swan up in Portland, Oregon. Not native to the area, somebody probably let it loose in the wetland preserve. He was just kind of hanging out with the geese and blue herons. Poor thing was a LONG way from home.
