I like the idea for sure.
In my opinion, it would be a much stronger image if you were to let it dissappear into the light instead of off the frame. Keep the directionality of your subject in frame.
The POV and exposure works well in this image.

yea i should have tried it to see how it would turn out at least, just in real life all it was were a few ugly buildings with lamps lighting thier doorways, but if it would have washed them out it could have added to it.
