New to the thread

Like to make sure I'm in the right thread. Hello all, I have been attempting to hone my skills in macro photography mainly jewelry related. Looking to gain knowledge through your experiences and with that hopefully gain knowledge I would not normally be able to experience on my own. Using nikons z7 ii and coupled with the MC 105 2.8s macro lens. A new camera for me. My past photos have been with my Samsung s24 Ultra. I'll post a photo or two of my work. Again thanks for letting me join this forum. Ps.the photos are shot with the s24. Have yet to use that z7ii. Still learning its controls.

Welcome to TPF! You're in the right place for your macro shots. I personally don't do macros so can't advise you, but there are several experienced folks here.
