I WENT TO YOUR page and downloaded the color image of the distant scene, shot at f/5.6, and thought it looked pretty decent.

The pile of car tires on the very,very far right hand side of the frame appeared quite good!!!

Meyer lenses are good, and tend to be priced much higher than other M42 lenses.

Just curious, how much did you pay for the 50?

Most meyer lenses are nice.
But this is apperatnly the same lens as the Pentacon 50mm 1.8 which you ussualy can get a bit cheaper then the meyer.

I paid about 30 dollars with shipping for this lens.
