K7 For Long Exposure and Low Light?

I'm considering the purchase of a secondhand k7. Anyone have experience with taking night photography with one? What kind of results are you getting? Any problems? I'm reading of problems with unacceptable noise at high ISO, but I usually shoot long exposures under 800 ISO and mostly 200.

Hi, I am the owner of a Pentax K7. I really love this cam, BUT its right the biggest problem with that thing is the noise. I have a K7 and I think it does great on night shots. Here are a couple of examples. These are unedited.
