Wild Horse Butte Milky Way

What was the view the other direction south southwest? If similar it would make a great Milky Way shot.

Mostly flat in the other direction. There were some far off mountains. There was nothing that I thought would make good foreground interest as you have in your shot.

It's still an amazing place and worth a stop if you are in the area.

That's too bad - that view would have been amazing as a Milkyway foreground.
