I was taking some time-lapse shots of San Diego today and discovered that one of the frames had a uninvited guest in it. thought it was kinda silly

Tsk, that kid does not appear to be wearing a PFD.

I find it pretty stupid that an adult would risk a childs safety with NO floatation vest or life jacket,What a total A**. Sorry but when It comes to children being hurt or death I am very emotional.
