Tamron Lens…BBAR Multi C… ??

Recently saw this Tamron FD mount BBAR Multi C 28mm 2.8 lens and not sure what all this means. I understand the Canon FD mount, but have no idea about the BBAR Multi C . Can anyone explain what all this is?
