Sony NEX-5N Firmware Update

I recently acquired a Sony NEX-5N which is in great condition. However it requires a firmware upgrade. I have read several articles and watched Youtube videos. I am not technically savvy. This appears to be straightforward. Please let me know of any cautions I should take. Thanks very much.Vaughan
