^^^^^It looks better, but still the corner column is still bent and the girls pic is better and i see some halo on her arms if you look close. I am a alphan to and never have this problem on my kit lens.

Yes, I also believe that the "add-on lens" causing the issue here. It is better off use your camera without them. And get a wide angle lens or a telephoto lens instead.

As for fixing the hair in PS, you can try the "Patch" too.

Definatley going to steer away from the converter and wide angle in that kit.

So outside of the issues mentioned, what can I do differently? Composition, processing, lighting, or just put the camera down and forget it!??! lol

I think in #1 you're just about there, a little blur in the car but not too bad.

The others I think are composed nicely except for the girl. I think if you wanted to do just the torso on up you might have done better to get closer with less background, and maybe a shallower dof.
