I think the best thing right now would be the mark 3. Thanks for the Nikon posts.... Not a Canon fanboy, but I do prefer their glass and that is why I don't want to make the switch. It seems like the best "deals" would be for a package with a nice printer. The body seems to be almost the same price everywhere I have looked so far. Early Christmas present maybe!

Nice choice. Not familiar with 42photo but, I would double check to make sure you are not buying a grey market body. Having bought into the "lower price than anywhere else" previously, only to find my purchase to be grey market, I now always double check or buy from somewhere I trust/am familiar with.
