I have bird feeders, and get many guests, including deer, foxes raccoons, the full list includes grackles, red winged blakc birds , 7 tpes of sparrow, (fox sparrows, white throated, american tree sparrows, white crowned , chipping and song sparrow) finches including Pine Grosbeaks, Evening Grosbeaks, Rose-Breasted Grosbeaks, Gold finches, Purple finches, redpolls, Pine SIskins, Pernmanent residetns Downy, Hairy and Pilieated woodpecekers with Northern Flickers, not as common, but regularly seen.and occasionally many other birds including the occasional Mourning Dove or Robin. I’ll add as many as I can as they come through this spring and would ecourage anyone else with feeders to contribute. Also Red Breasted and White Breasted and Nuthatches and Chickadees.

To start with, images from the last few days…… ( I could go back in my files to find older images, I have over 100 distinct birds in my bird files) but what fun would that be?
Yesterday’s guest of the day…. I feel for the little guy, no family was present, often death sentence for a youg racoon, but not too sorry. I don’t want his nest in my attic. Up here, wolves and fishers take them out. They never last more than a week or two.

Personally I’m more interested in what people are shooting right now than I am archived images, but each to their own. I’ll understand if people have exceptional images from other years, they’d like to share,.
My archived images here for those interested.

I'm looking at your avatar, and will promise, sooner or later there will be images of squirrels, who have a long history of presence at my feeders. I now have the grand kids of squirrel we called "Moma Squirrel", who live somewhere between 5 and 7 years old, dying with one tooth in her mouth. One of her off spring is still king of the feeders, although he's toned down his aggressiveness after a but kicking from another squirrel who was passing through. For years on another forum, another texan now passed and I traded images of our back yard squirrels for years, with dedicate thread, just for the squirrels for years.

It’s fun watching him while making my coffee in the morninig.

The more creatures the better🤪...

Australia needs squirrels🙁.
One chewed the wires in one of my buddy’’s jeeps. They cost him a fortune. Be careful what you wish for. After your experience with rabbits, I suggest caution.

Holy crap i didn't know, some bloody species of squirrels eat rabbits. Bugger!

Cockatoos are known for chewing too, when they see the hose come out they know it's time to fly off🤣.

I finally got a good day to get out and enjoy my feeder birds. 20 birds (from my blind) and recorded in Merlin, 5 I have images of, and a pair Piliated Woopeckers just came through. We saw them but no images.
