Does anyone know where I might go for a bellows and lens mount board for a Durst M305 enlarger or something compatible that I can retrofit? I had te enlarger given to me; in like new shape except missing the bellows.

Check E-bay, KEH, MPB, etc., for a parts enlarger. You're unlikely to find just the bellows. Also, a Google search brought this up:
