My current workflow, which is working for me, is to run the image through the new Topaz Photo AI and then through LR CC and finally Photoshop Elements. The other three programs I have, Sharpen AI, DeNoise AI, and Gigapixel are now rarely used, since Photo AI essentially combines all three into a single program.
1. Photoshop Raw Editor
2. Photoshop
3. I can access Topaz as a plug-in from within Photoshop.
If an image is noisy or in need of microcontrast adjustments, I'll sometimes start with DXO PhotoLab first. I always start with DXO for fujifilm RAF files.
I import my raw images into Lightroom Classic, do the normal stuff like Lens Correction, White Point Adjustment, highlights, shadows, and maybe clarity and dehaze, ... , then I go to Photo -> Edit In -> Topaz DeNoise or Sharpen depending on the image. If I like what Topaz did, then it's back to LrC for final touches like color grading. If I don't like what Topaz did, then it's off to PS.
