Taken a few weeks ago at Indian Lake in Ohio.

Nice capture. I used to fish at Indian Lake when I lived in Troy, Oh. Nice little lake.

 

[Overread]

Very nice pose from the bird! I'd be tempted to crop some from the top and the right since the bird is very central right now and yet its clearly looking to the left side of the shot (well the head is turned that way, bird is likely actually looking camera-ward but the head and beak often define directional attention when people view birds)

 

[Space Face]

I agree with the crop suggestion as it is too central. Looks a stop or so under exposed too. Both easy fixes. Always a great bird to see tho.
