Blast from th past: try the extension tube on an 80-400 or 100-400 zoom lens with image stabilizer capablity. In the early 2000's I used a Kenko AF tube set with the now-ancient Nikkor 80-400 VR elens... a fantastic lens for use with a 13mm, or 20mm extnsion tube, autofocusing, and VR!
