He's been having this owl tattoo created for the past ten years, and it is not finisshed yet. He feels it needs more color at the bottom. iPhone 7+ at the development's pool 7/6/23 LA

Interesting. The owl isn't on its own. There also seems to be a skull with fire inside: perhaps a demon with horns.
