Whats the point in a new thread if the pix only message is within the context of the currently running discussion ?

I cant see posting a loooong wordy boring tedious text description of some ideas about "style" or "approach" to imaging when the pix themselves do a much better more effective job explaining it.

(Anywho, in my specific case, I do engage the OP directly, easily noticeable by the greeting "Well HELLO, Phat".)

That's a nice greeting. The OP hasn't been back since Feb. 9th, and never returned to his own thread (with a start date back in January). I notice he didn't reply to your easily noticeable greeting. Because he hasn't returned to his own thread.

It's fine to have an actual discussion with an OP, and there are times when posting one's own work in another person's thread is appropriate - to compare notes or styles with the OP. But that's not what happened here.

Then by all means, avoid such tedium - in your own thread(s). In this case, the OP simply asked for feedback on three of his images. Period.

We also have the Themes forums, which are open to all for posting by subject matter and don't ask for input about "style" or "approach" because the Theme covers that.
