Thanks for the comment. I felt like the color provided a connection to reality.
I did consider monochrome, but the color worked best for me.

If I were to crit this, I would ding the image on exposure. It comes across as under exposed, but pulling up the mid-tones blows out the highlights too much for my taste.

I remember the "bucket of brains" portion of my anatomy class in school. I can still smell the formaldehyde.
