Pencils at F51

Hi All,

I read somewhere that my camera / lens combination could go up to F51 when focussing at minimum focus distance.

Had a go at photographing a few pencil tips at minimum focus distance:

I had 3 flashes on this. F51 leaves very little room for light to get in. I rather like the look of the shadows.

This is a 9 image focus stack. I took a pic at each pencil tip and stacked in Helicon focus. Had to change my normal settings to reduce the smoothing to get rid of ghosting on the edges of the pencil.
