I was really happy to find my Cambo 4 x 5 generally worked well by using a cheating method a month+ ago and I really wanted to step up the game by using true film. The readying and use of larger film like that did go very well but later during the film processing the wheels came off my ride. Being impatient I believed I could do the processing in a SS water jug I had by making slight modifications. All looked good until I found I couldn't properly fill and empty the tank in a short time! For round two I've made significant mods to the tank cap so it now allows fast flued movement in and out. I'm also mimicking light blocking techniques used in smaller tanks I use.

Interesting technic. Before I got a 4x5 processing tank I used trays in the darkroom to process 4x5 film.

Some searching online showed me "out of the box" solutions for processing large format but in the short term money is better used on film itself.
