Agree. "MiNT products emit a kind of scratch-built/replica odor. I mean their instant cameras look great in the shop case or on the shelf but fall a bit short in my hands. I bought NOS/Mint gear 10-15 years ago when prices had cratered. I went on a bender then, admittedly, but believed stuff like that would run out and give way to stuff I wouldn't touch even then. That's what friends are dredging up on the used film camera market now and consider junk as "finds." So it goes...
All reminiscent of the "new" facsimile early Mustangs, Cobras, Ford GT40s?
I remain skeptical that our film "ecosystem"survives intact beyond isolated pockets. Not talking mail order film sales/labs but stores that sell and process film materials professionally like yours.
