Epson V600 Photo--Multi-TIFF

Has anyone had any issues using Multi-TIFF on the Epson Perfection V600 Photo scanner?

I was always able to save the front and back of a photo in the same file but it is no longer working. Epson support has not been helpful. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EPSON software but it is still not working. I have done this hundreds of times up until about 2 weeks ago.

Usually in Multi-TIFF you get a pop up window after scanning that asks if you want to Save or Add. I flip the photo over and click on Add and it would scan the back of the photo. Then it would give me the same option again, Add or Save. After scanning the front and back of the photo I would click Save.

Now it automatically saves the front of the photo without giving me the option to add a scan of the back of the photo and save it together in one file.

If you have had this issue and were able to resolve it, I would like to know how you fixed the problem. Thanks!
