This is from my color slide days when I was still learning how to use a Cannon FTB which is long gone. I was stationed in Athens, GA, which is the location of the University of Georgia. I took a photography class from an instructor whose emphasis was on composition instead of the technical. The class was $15 for 60 hours. I learned a lot.

This image was taken across an intersection in Athens circa 1975. If you look closely at the upper-right window you will see "Love" written backwards. There are pigeons in the upper-left window. A week after this shot was taken the city added stoplights at the intersection making it impossible to duplicate the image.

Looks like there were balconies at one time. Nice shot!
