The mini lake has been half empty since winter last year. They replaced the old cement water retaining wall with a new one, and replaced the old wooden style walk way/bridge with this.
The fella says they made the retaining wall spill over the same depth as the original, it's not a very deep body of water. To me it seems its gonna be shallower, just gonna have to wait till winter & spring to fill it up and see.
A big ol'pond really & the birds haven't been happy with all this going on.
They went stupidly overboard on all the blue stone though, its not like theres tons of water flowing out into dead horse canyon. Would've been fine with half of it & spent the other halfs funds on trees.
And the little bridge,
