nikon d90 quick charger voltage question

hey guys,

I've had my D90 for a while now and every thing has been great, but now I'm on a trip to south asia where they use the 220V connections. Now theres a small box on my charger that says "foreign" and then the voltage requirements, but i havent seen any dual voltage device listed like this. Is it ok to plug this into a 220V socket?

Thanks for the reference! Just plugged it directly into a 220V outlet. works perfectly!
