I acquired a TTArtisans 500mm f/6.3 lens last Christmas and am trying to learn how to use it. It's a manual focus lens, now IS, and no electronic communication with my camera (Canon EOS R).

It's very difficult to get good, sharp photos, to say the least. Most get thrown out due to missed focus, even with focus peeking.

Once in a while, I do get a keeper. Not necessarily great, but better than the others

Anyway, I was in Panama City Beach and practiced on this GBH. Not tack sharp, but okay to keep.
