Folding Kodak 120 conversion

Hi all, I have a No.3 Folding Kodak, model G.

These cameras were of course designed to shoot 118 film, But mine, which I got from my father, who got it from his father, has at some time been modified to take 120.

It seems to have been done in the form of some sort of kit, perhaps even by a Kodak technician, the only thing that tipped me off to it perhaps not being factory is the slightly crudely cut edge around the second red window on the back for 120 film.

I will attach photos, please let me know what you think, and when this might have been done?
