just curious guys, does this thing can only be done with 3g ... or the newer control freak?
can the older original, 2.0 and muse do this also?
i mean without those screws etc, how does it work?

yes, it can do all of what I have shot, but without the 3g, you must hold it steady with your fingers. This is not as good for low-light.

what aperture rings do you use here?
actually do we only get 4 of the rings when we buy it new? like from f/2 to f/8 only? how can we get those f/22, etc then?

The Lensbaby 3g comes with f/2, f/2.8, f/4, f/5.6, f/8, f/11, f/16, and f/22 rings. I can't remember what I used in the above shots, by the shallow DOF, I will guess f2.8 to f5.6. The smaller the aperture, the harder it is to focus due the minimal amount of light entering the lens.

Nicely done - unfortunately I can't see #4.
