I have a stack of C41 that I have been avoiding using as I don't know a good lab to use. Would people please suggest a good resource?

Depends on where you are. I use JW Photo Labs (jwphotolabs.com) in Raleigh, NC. They do great work, and are happy to deal with UPS.

C41 is a totally normal film type...any lab can deal with it. Look for a pro lab or ask any commercial photographer near you.
