nikon n65 vs. canon eos rebel 2000

Good day everyone. I have narrowed my search down to either the nikon n65 or the canon eos rebel 2000. I am looking for a good beginer camera that will provide growing room. Does anyone have any opinios? Pros/Cons?

They are both similiar in features. Either camera will do the job.

nikon!! im just partial to nikon myself, but dlc is correct... any one will do what you want.
