These pictures are essentially the same.

The flash is way, way too far to his right and too weak.
Don't mix flash and constant light.

The pictures are also very soft; shot at f4 and 1/8 so you are getting lots of contribution from the ambient light and there is camera or subject
movement.

If you are using flash enough you would be stopping the movement.
