Rain - PS Challenge

Alright you PS people. I shot this picture during a very hard rain storm today. When I saw it I thought, "Man, if I had any PS skills I could make this into something awesome!" Honestly I do not care what you do to this photo. You can crop it, cut it, chop it, no rules. I have a feeling that someone is going to turn out something very nice. This is the untouched picture so I want to see just how good all of you are.

thanks! this is sort of what i did.

-unsharp mask
-cropped and straightened
-channel mixer swapped red and blue channels
-filter/distort/diffuse glow, played with settings, no noise
-slapped a border on it and called it a day! ha

That is awesome. I had to look for a second to get the full effect, but I think the pic is fantastic. I wish I had half of the talent that you all here do. I think from now on I will just post my pictures here and let you pros take care of the editing for me! Excellent results, but I would love to see more.
