Photo 'Business' Forum

I was just thinking, it would be really cool to having forum about the 'business' of selling photos. There are a few pros out who have given some awesome advice (hello dew & doxx!) but have gotten buried in other forums.

some of us are thinking about going pro at some point and it would be good to know things about pricing and business related aspects of the photography.

just a thought ;)

I'm certainly a ways from doing that, but have already been asked what my *prices* are...and I'm clueless. I do like reading others' advice and opinions, though.

It's your site, bub, why don't you name it? :wink: Something radical like "The Business Section" or "The Business Side of Photography" would be nice. You gotta keep it simple, though, or you'll confuse some of us.

I'm not sure a whole forum would be needed for this. It's a great idea but i doubt there would be much to post about. Besides what is already discussed in the main forum.

im not sure if a section should be made for it, and im not quite sure how many professionals are here (i dont think i'd ever get that confident about my work .. there is always room for improvement) .... i consider myself an artist :D and i would do it for free .. for the love of photography .... but it sure is nice to get paid for something u'd do anyway :D
