A great tool in photoshop to correct any color/lighting/hue error is the curves tool. It's a tool that is integral in every proffessional photo editing software, and some people think one of the most essential.
Image --> Adjustments --> Curves OR CTRL+M OR (guessing) APPLE+M
This will allow you to change a wide array of issues within a photograph. Take some time and play with it.
