Looking for a Tilt Shift lens for ether a Canon FD or EOS at below market value (cheap)

I am not familiar enough with Canon, but keh.com has two 35mm tilt/shift lenses(manual focus) but they are breech lock. www.keh.com "new and used equip".

Thanks for that tip. I was hoping for one in the 400-450 USD range. The cheapest at KEH is about $600. Found one on Ebay, placed a bid on it, hope I get lucky and get my price.

Another option is to go Ukrainian, also found a few Arsat lens on Ebay for less than 400 USD, but I am a little hesitate about the quality, got burned on an Kiev 6x6 once
