Looking to see if anyone knows someone or someplace that can process Kodachrome 64 in 120 format. Dwayne's in Kansas only processes 35mm, and I have 5 rolls I want to develop. Any suggestions would be great.

Try the B&H Photo link above right. They do process 120mm B&W or Color.
A quick google search found this

On June 30 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/June_30), 2006 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2006), Eastman Kodak announced the closure of the Lausanne Kodachrome lab, the world's only remaining lab open to for Kodachrome processing owned by Eastman Kodak itself. Since September 30 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/September_30), 2006 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2006), only Dwayne's Photo in Kansas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kansas) remains as the sole processing lab in the world, after Horiuchi Color in Tokyo shut down their K-Lab and E-K ceased to pack K-14 chemistry in the "bag-in-box" required by that minilab-style processor. Although Kodachrome 40 Super 8 processing by Dwayne's is not authorized by Kodak (something amiss with the machine, Kodak says) the processing of the slide films by Dwayne's has Kodak's full blessing.[15] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kodachrome#_note-14)"

Sorry to say but no one does it anymore. I still have two rolls in my fridge shot in 2001. If anyone finds out a place to develop, please holler and I'll be forever thankful!

Rocky Mountain Lab (http://www.rockymountainfilm.com/index.html) will process it as B&W for $36 a roll with a 6 to 12 month turn around time
